Refund & Exchange Policy
You can have a refund or exchange within 30 days from the day of delivery to request a return.
To have a refund or exchange, your product or products must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging and contents. You will also need the receipt or relevant document for proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@cartriverise.com to start the process. You will be provided with instructions on how to send your package from email. Returns will need to be sent to the address provided with your postage costs with Royal Mail tracking number.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive your product or products before you request and contact us immediately, if the product or products is damaged or if you have received the wrong product or products, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want for exchange, after the return is received and accepted and been given your refund, is to make a separate purchase for the new product or products.
Refund Completion
We will notify you, once we have received your product or products and then give you a time frame on how long the inspection will take on whether the product or products is eligible for a refund. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days from the day we have given your refund.
Each bank company firm has its own processing time. It may take some time for your bank company firm to process the refund. Usually, your refund is processed within 2 working days from the day your refund was given.
